Few items on Naturalisation Form AN

I have few question in regards to filling out the Form AN

1. Section 3.5 asks for Address of Tax Office or Tax Office reference.
Do we put the Address of HMRC on the PAYE coding notice?

2. Referees - I noticed Doctors aren't on the list of professions but I have seen other threads saing Doctors will be okay. Can anyone confirm this is the case.

Do we put the Address of HMRC on the PAYE coding notice? It is the details on your P60 from your employer or ask HR, they should give you the details.

2. Referees - I noticed Doctors aren't on the list of professions but I have seen other threads saing Doctors will be okay. Can anyone confirm this is the case. Is there no other professional you could ask? They do not have to be British but must be professional
