Kehkashan

Would I be right in saying you had an interview and not had anything back yet. Was this interview related to the English test?

It was about the English Test, since did TOEIC and this was later removed for the approved list, but we did the test back in Dec 2013.

I think maybe due to all the applicants that were put on hold due to not meeting the financial requirements they must of thought all the people who applied before July are apart of the back log. A lot of August applications have been processed recently.

Salaam all.. best of luck to those that have recieved responses.

I'm nearly there finally- Using Fedex to send docs across on Wednesday.
A quick question - do Gerrys/BHC expect you to submit photocopies of everything? As in is it a requirement?

Also has anyone Fedex'd docs to Mirpur? If so, how long did it take?
Online Form: 14 Nov 14
Documents & bio: 21 Nov 14
Requested to send additional docs: 2 Feb 15
Concluded email received: 4 Feb 15
Visa collected: 6 Feb 15 :-D
Cat A - Mirpur

May Allah (swt) grant everyone success with their Visas In Sha Allah.

It can be anywhere from a few weeks to a few months, with the backlog i would guess it would be a few months. If you don't mind me asking what additional documents were requested?

its not a requirement to photocopy by UKVI. But Gerry's will most likely ask for photocopies of the whole application so it's best done now.

Right guys, wife has just received the 'visa has been processed' email. I'm praying to Allah that it be good news, how long after will she get a call from Gerrys? Any rough ideas.

Applied online 25th May 2015
Handed Documents to Gerrys, Mirpur on 30th May 2014
Visa Has been Processed 11/11/2014

No telephone interview. Applied via CAT A and CAT D.
