Hi Asim,asimwelcomes wrote:Hello everyone
I applied for settlement visa applications for my wife and son on 27th Aug 2014. This is my second time applications after my first applications have been refused by not meeting the financial requirement. However this time I applied under cat B and met all the requirements and everything was perfect.
Today I got the e mail from UKVI saying that ''Unfortunately, the processing of your application has been non-straightforward and we have been unable to resolve your application within these customer service targets. Please be assured that we will continue to progress your application to enable a decision to be made as soon as possible.''
My first application was streightforward they refused me on financial requirement basis. I rectified it and and re applied again. I just wanna know what is non streightforward application. Has anyone got the same situation?
thank you so much MPH80MPH80 wrote:The fact you were rejected and you've reapplied correcting it won't have helped the straightforwardness of it.
But the answer is that there are many factors that can play into how complicated an application is - including how many checks they want to make.
Honestly, you're just stressing yourself unnecessarily, the message doesn't mean anything is wrong with your application, it's still within the time frame if you applied in August. Except you've changed job,I don't think you've got to worry yourself so much, you can't even do anything until it's out. Just calm down oknetworkers wrote:Hi Asim, asimwelcomes wrote:Hello everyone

Thanks.
