How Long For FT Decision

Hi guys, was wondering if anyone could help me out. My visa was refused in March so I appealed in FTT on July 9th. The problem now is I haven't heard any decision till date. I keep on calling the court and keep on telling me that the decision is still reserved with the judge. Please is this normal or just plain bad news? It's been over 4 months now.

I think u should wait a little bit, normal decession takes 4 weeks
