AoA everyone,

With the new list of English test centres in Pak, I can only see Islamabad, Lahore etc as locations, does anyone know if they will have partner colleges in Jhelum/ Mirpur?
Also, in Pak, can you pay extra for priority processing, if so how much extra does it cost?

Thanks for your reply, so say I was to TUPE over to the new company in January I would get 2 P6Os in April. If I was to apply July time can I submit just 6 months payslips, also would it be ok to submit just the 1 P60 for the new company, reason is my salary was not consistent last year so I would rather just wait till July 2015 when I have 6 months payslips from the new company and then apply. Would that be ok. Pls clarify about the P60. I would ofcourse get a letter from the new company July confirming I have been with them over 6 months

It is not a requirement to add the P60, however if it shows that you were earning over £18600 for the yr then I would add it otherwise leave it out as it can cause confusion.

The only requirements for anyone applying in your case would be 6 month payslips, 6 month banks statements and employment letter. Everything else I.e. P60 and contract are extra evidence.

If salaried make sure each payslip shows a minimum of £1550 gross, otherwise application will be rejected.

NB: make sure you have worked 6 months with the company I.e. You have six payslips with them before applying, otherwise you will need to show payslips for the last 12 month

So I don't not need to give the P60 for my current employer, my worry is because the transfer is in January they may want to see a P60 too but ofcourse it won't be for £18600 as its only going to show salary for about 4 months employment

San then mention that it only shows it for 4 months, but you are relying on 6 months payslips.

I'll repeat again P60 IS NOT A REQUIREMENT its classes as supplementary evidence. What they want to see is that you have been earning the required amount for over a 6 month period with the same employer. You won't be refused for not giving a P60, however it may cause confusion for ECO if it shows your gross salary to be under threshold, therefore requiring more checks. Always try and keep the application as simple as possible for ECO.

1. 6 month payslips (minimum £1550 gross per slip)
2. 6 bank statements showing salary goin into your bank account
3. Employment letter - confirming your gross salary, date started, type of employment, employment start date, position within company

Don't rely on calling cards, there have been many cases where people have been rejected Becuase they submitted calling cards. Cards don't show that you have called your spouse

Calling cards have no use at all. They don't prove anything apart from you buying cards. Anyone can buy them and submit them in an application and that's what the Eco will think.

Best to use SIM cards like lebara or Lyca and then print off call log online.

So I'm having this "debate" with someone I know and I was hoping you all can help me .. As man of u will know our first application got rejected in August.. Applied as self employed. So I have started another part time job now and I will be applying with 2 jobs now with 1 Job being self employed and the other employed with another company.

Now I believe that even though I have 2 jobs now, do I still have to provide 12 months self employment statements plus 6 months bankstatements from other employment ?

Am I right ?

It's best to show the full paper trail and explain on your cover letter too.

I would:
a) show statement of father-in-law for month money was transferred out (Highlight transfer Amount on statement)
b) show the statement of the current account where your father-in-law transferee the money too (Again highlight)
c) show saving account statements for last 10 months (even though you only require 6 months worth)
d) get letter signed by father-in-law saying it is a gift...ATTESTED
e) passport copy of father-in-law

Therefore when ECO sees the evidence provided it will be clear cut where the cash has come from
