ILR Success 12/07/2014. croydon with unpaid absences

Hi,

I am silent reader of this forum from a very long time. Special thanks to Amber.My ILR based on Tier 1 general was aproved yesterday in croydon along with my wife who came as my dependent in July, 2012. For the first two years I was almost unemployed because not looking for jobs seriously. In june 2010 I left job and and went to Canada for chill out. I spent 70 days in Canada which was all unpaid as I already resigned from the job. Again I left UK and went back home for 36 days. This time I was employed in my own limited company.

I left section 6.3 blank and did not submit any thing, no covering letter or any thing.I also left section 6.11 blank as I already listed my absences in section 6.2 I just submit to the point documents, no P60s or hmrc employment history.

For my wife English language I submit her degree certificate from pakistan, Naric compatibility certificate and letter from uni that the degree was taught in English.

Congratulations !!!! So what documents you have provided your ILR ? Can you pleae share it to us and did u submit any employer absence letter ? Kindly revert back to us.

I did not submit any employer letter as I was jobless when I left UK for 70 days. For earning I just submit 12 months salary slip, bank statments, and job letter. I did not submit any covering letter, no P60 or hmrc employment history.
