A lot of citizen advice bureaus in different local areas are already providing similar service even on more wide range issues.

With all due respect sheraz7, the citizens advice bureau rarely offer advice past level 1. With the cuts there are few if any now offering specialist advice. The CAB is turning into a referral service I'm afraid

What I would suggest to people, check your local University law school to see if they offer a law clinic which can offer specialist advice under the supervision of a qualified lawyer.
