Guys if you need any help with your case under EU law don't forget to visit this site below. People working there are awesome. It's a charity where most of their members are popular Lawyers who are expert in EU law.

The AIRE Centre (Advice on Individual Rights in Europe) is a London based charity providing free legal advice on European human rights law and European Union law.

A lot of citizen advice bureaus in different local areas are already providing similar service even on more wide range issues.

With all due respect sheraz7, the citizens advice bureau rarely offer advice past level 1. With the cuts there are few if any now offering specialist advice. The CAB is turning into a referral service I'm afraid

What I would suggest to people, check your local University law school to see if they offer a law clinic which can offer specialist advice under the supervision of a qualified lawyer.

There are many other sources of free legal advice in the UK and beyond:

Your Europe Advice gives you free written advice on your EU rights wherever you might live in the EU and in any official European language:
http://europa.eu/youreurope/advice/index_en.htm

LawWorks can put you in contact with your local university's law clinic which provides free legal advice (scroll down the bottom of the page) - most members are located in the UK but there are some European clinics too:
http://lawworks.org.uk/clinics

The Law Centres Network lists all their member law centres which provide free legal advice (UK only):

You can also search for an OISC-registered not-for-profit licensed immigration advisor here (UK only):
http://oisc.homeoffice.gov.uk/about_ois ... _advisers/

The Immigration Law Practitioners Association is an association of UK and EEA immigration specialists (worldwide).
Some of their member organisations include law centres that provide free advice.
Their members are listed here:
