Hi I won my appeal determition dated 3 nov but I got letter from FTT they received letter from ho on 11nov for permission to appeal in UTT

That means the HO has applied for permission to appeal against the decision of the FTT Judge, allowing your appeal.

The matter will now go before a Judge, and if permission is granted, there will be another set of appeal.

Thanks obie for replying can anyone tell me what is chance refusing permission for appeal? I heard ho is asking for permission againts all the allowed cases under human rights is that correct?

One cannot comment on factual matters.

HO can only appeal if there is an error if law.

The tribunal will not grant permission if there is no arguable error of law.
