Narayan,
That's really good news. It certainly seems that the customer case people are picking up the pace after the bank holiday. I'm hopeful that I'll have a positive decision in the next couple of days.
Best of luck with the EC!!

Hi,
Please any body help regarding this, I am planing to apply for HSMP next week.
Regarding English medium Letter
I got letter from the university VTU, stating that my degree was awarded and taught in English.
I have small question regarding this, as i have completed my degree in 2003 but my convacation was done in 2007. So, this letter says that my anual convacation was done in 2007 and degree was awarded and medium is english.
My Degree certificate also shows the date as 2007.
My Original degree marks sheets says that i have completed my degree in 2003.
I have completed my degree in 2003 and was applied for convocation in 2007.
Please let me know whether the date menction as 2007 in English letter will make any problem.

Shaik,
That should not cause any problem, if you explain the same in your cover letter send marks sheet, degree certificate with english language letter. I am not an expert, but this what I would do.
By the way I dont see a reason why the date of completion or award of degree should matter at all as for HSMP? Does anyone see a reason why it should matter?
Regards,
Narayan

Hi Narayans_007,
Thanks for u r reply.
I am clamining points for my past earning from sep 2006 to Aug 2007. So, my convocation certificate shows that i have completed my degree in Feb 2007,
so, HO will regard this as a problem as i am earning before complition of my degree.
Any how i am having all the mark sheets and consolidated marks card which show my degree complition in 2003.
Please let me know how i can proceed with this regard.

Hi shaik,
Attach consolidated marks sheet which shows completion in 2003, your original degree certificate together with the english language certificate. Explain them in your covering letter in the similar way as you explained your problem to us that you completed your degree in 2003 but since convocation was held in 2007 and hence the the degree is dated 2007.
If you still think its gonna be a problem, get a letter from your university saying that you have completed degree in 2003 itself.
Good luck with your application.
Regards,
Narayan

Dear nsm2010,
I still have not applied for EC but as per my information we need the following documents for EC.
1) VAF1 Form.
2) one page Integra form (UK visa Screening Program) along with that
you need to produce Degree certificate (copy) and last year's Marks
sheet and Latest 2 months Pay slips (for Integra Verification).
3) Passport.
4) You need to submit all the documents that you have submitted for
HSMP approval.
5) HSMP approval letter.
6) Need to show you have Enough funds in your Bank to support your self
in UK for atleast 4 to 6 months till you get a job. If you already have
job offer then the funds can be shown for just 2 to 3 months.
6) Your accomodation proof
A) Hotel booking for 7 to 15 days or
B) A letter from your relative/friend stating that they will accomodate
you once you land up in UK, you also need to produce any of the utility
bill, passport copy and a Council Tax reciept of your relative/friend.
The above documents collection can vary to country to country depending upon local BHC practices.
Thanx,
Fareed
