ILR for spouse absences

Hi all,

I am applying for ILR on SET M after 2 year spouse visa. Do I need to prove absences? I didn't have any above 2 months, and all together it was just a few of them mostly no longer then 2-3 weeks. Do I need any evidence?

No, just list the details in the appropriate section of the form.

When you list the absence, just write the reason, for example 'holiday' etc.

I think in your case, there is no need to list your absences given that you were only away for 2-3 weeks at time. I am might be wrong.
