If that is the case, then yes you can apply for your spouse to remain under EU law using form EU1. (the Singh rule) But, if you are Irish, and living in Ireland, and want to apply for your spouse to join you or remain then EU1 would not be the appropriate form.The EU1 form is for non Irish this is the first I heard of this! I thought if you are Irish but you have been exercising you EU treaty rights...in another member state you could use the EU1 form on your return to Ireland?
