Dear all,
Hope everyone is doing fine?
Please see below my time line:
I applied in late September
1st acknowledgment: 29th September 2014
2nd acknowledgment: 17th October 2014
Approval: still waiting

Does anyone thinks if its too early to be dreaming about getting an approval Any time soon?

Please share your views and experiences

Ps I never been on social welfare and I don't have (major criminal record) apart from 8 penalty points (All speeding :( I drive for living so what can you expect) also I have been to court 3 times (Twice for Not providing Insurance but case was struck off both times) and once parking at double yellow lines again case was struck off
Hopefully this is not something to worry about? Coz technically I was not convicted

Many thanks

I got my 1st ack on 28th Feb, 2nd on 11 April (After they asked me for copy of my spouse passport) further documents in July (copy of renewed GNIB). Nothing after that so far..They have been saying your application is gone for the decision for more than 2 months or so..

what type of residency? (ie: what stamp)

if not asylum, then all what you submt is GNIB and photos and money.. original travel documents (if any) is a document given to asylum seekers to be able to travel..

Do NOT submit your passport!!

@status change

many many congrats to you, really happy for you and for all the people who got approvals and invitations arleady. Today i recieved my second acknowledgment letter where its stated that my application has been processed to 2nd stage and if my case is less complex then the decision would be done in less than 6 months.. however i they asked me this ( please explain the disrepancy of your name on form 8 and passport and the name that is on the birth cert submitted with application)

all the forms and certs have my original name.. does that mean they have not been able to read my name properly thats on my birth cert coz its all same.. can anyone tell me what should i do next? should i email or call them tomorrow to explain that my name is same on all and there is no change..? or should i write letter and post?
