can Tier 4 dependent Switch to Tier 2 in country

Hi All,

I am on Tier4 visa and my wife is on dependent visa with me in UK.

1) Can she switch from Tier4 dependent to Tier 2 in country.

2) She got Masters degree from back home but have'nt got any UK Degree, is she eligble to get Tier 2 without going back home.

3) If she is eligible and switch to Tier 2 Visa, can i switch into dependent visa within the country

yes, with a restricted CoS

see above. She'll have to satisfy English language requirements

yes, once she gets her T2G visa

Thank you for your reply. Where can i find english language requirements for my wife to apply Tier 2 visa, as she got no degree from UK.
