Need help ILR PND 4.5 year ago

Hi Gurus,

I have received penalty notice by police on the spot fine for £80 under offense code DA12 Shoplifting(I did not have intention not to pay but somehow missed it while on phone talking at back home) in May -2010.

After that I have got two Tier-2 ICT extension and mention each time and now in process to ILR(Early January) and not sure will that impact my application as it will be more than 4.5 years and till than I have not got any fine/convitions. Also where should I mention in application form?

Please any gurus John, ChetanOjha, batleykhan, push, JAJ, Casa, archigabe, vinny, Obie, EUsmileWEallsmile, ca.funke, Amber, sushdmehta, sbrennan, update would be really helpful

Thanks for reply. it was for Tier-2 ICT visa extension not for ILR. I am looking for same for ILR.

** you do not have any CCJ
** you have not hide the incident in the previous visa renewals
** you receive via renewals/extension even after declaring the incidents

So I personally think you should be fine. You being upfront about the incident and declaring it from the very beginning should only prove your honesty in the application process. If HO raise any questions about it now.. I would rather question HO - why they didn't raised it in previous visa extensions. I am assuming you do not have any other offense in your name.

No I do not have any other offense in my name, I just had PNC SAR and it is also recorded there as suggested by Amber in previous question for Tier-2 Extension but it is under wrong middle name. Should I declare this time as well on sheet of paper or under criminal convictions?
