Help! Urgent! Universities who offer CAS if visa is refused

Hi,

Anyone know of any Higher education institution that offers CIMA/ACCA/CFA and are willing to issue CAS if your visa has been refused and you are willing to withdraw the application and apply for student visa. Please help!

I need to get a cas from uni too..I am struggling with my case beein in appeal and got approved now waiting to apply new application ,,Passport with home office and have to give english exam and a cas of uni..Pls help me in this matter anyone..Really appreciated..

Try BPP University but dont get your hopes up too much if you are a previous tier 4 refusal
