Hi All

My Visa History
Oct 2009- Mar 2011 --> Student Visa (Tier 4)
April 2011 --Feb 2013--> PSW (Post Study Visa) (Tier 1)
Mar 2013--Now --> Tier 2 General

My question is
1--> IS i am eligible for ILR after Mar 2018 ??
2--> IS the 6 year limit apply to my condition??

You're correct, you will be eligible to apply for ILR in March 2018 as after 5 years on Tier 2 you become eligible for ILR.

Hello All,

Please help me in clarifying the below query.

I am currently on tier 2 general visa which is valid till 2015 end. I am working here in UK since last 4 month. Due to some delay in next phase of work in project it will start after 4-5 months. My company wants me to work from offshore now for next 4 months. I wanted to know that if i will move to offshore now then can i come back to UK after 4-5 months on the same visa because my visa is valid till dec 2015 or as soon as i will leave the UK, my visa will be null and void. Please help. A quick help will be highly appreciated.

So As per the current rules if someone is on Tier 2 Visa and then after 5 years qualify for the ILR.
