visa-Spouse of British Citizen -28 days rule for document

Post by bhushk » Mon Nov 24, 2014 12:19 pm

Hi,

I am applying for spouse visa on 4th Dec. Do I have to submit November's payslip as a proof ? I am expected to get my payslip after 28th and I will be flying to India before that. is there any discretion around this ? Please let me know if you need any details.

Thanks & Regards,
BK

The most recent payslip (and bank statement), shouldn't be more than one calendar month old.
