Need advice regarding Pr ROR

Hey guys need some advice . Should i go back or Retain my rights ROR or PR ?


I NON EU got married with Eu Citizen in Nov 2011 came here in uk Feb 2013 got my residence card in march 2014 till 2019 . everything was perfect till august 2013 when i was accused of beating her she rang the Police and i was charged with DV and latter false charges were dropped by court and we have decided to move on which i should'nt now im stuck in a relationship which i dont want to be in anymore. She use drugs 24/7 and i have to work my a** of to make money and she sits home do nothing other then drugs and verbal abuse shes's been involved in physical and verbal abuse with me, she was working from April 2010 till jun/july 2014. Now i've decided to file a divorce soon because of her Unreasonable behaviour Drugs/DV , currently we are living in same house she's registered as a job seeker and on housing benifits i'm working full time since i came here and never claimed any benifits.

It is quite a complex case.

At least a divorce is needed for starters, and then the next process will commence.

At present things does not seem positive.

will file divorce in couple of weeks , ive forgot to mention we r married over 3 years

[its complex case so you need legal assist , this website is perfect for EEA cases I don't think u can find better than here ' ask admin for legal assist .

thats what I thought about this site , anyway hoping for people to reply, after that will get help from lawyer just wanna make sure about things and directions available to me
