Unused holiday as earnings?

Post by jonbca » Tue Nov 25, 2014 6:44 pm

I recently left my job and the company owed me some outstanding holiday time. They included a payment for three days of unused holiday on my last deposit. Does this count toward my earnings for Tier 1 (General)? Or is it only my salary that counts?

Thanks

Yes.

Unused holidays is a taxed income. Therefore, you can use them as earnings in your Tier 1 or ILR application.
