! am silent reader of this helpful forum, please let me know i came in uk 2004. first five years i had student visa, in Oct 2009 i sent student visa which i never received, in 2011 my solicitor resent new application and i received refusal, and they confirm that i have been refuse one year ago (and its been lost due to Royal mail fault) because the time of decision my college was not in list thats why they refused , in short in April 2014 lower court have allowed my appeal and allowed me 60 days visa against first decision and court said my stay is legal under Section 3C, because my college was in list when i sent first time application so i should have 60 days visa for finding new college.

fielddrive wrote:Agree with @Arsal385. A friend of mine got stuck in India due to mother's illness for over 9 months and he was granted ILR after presenting documentary evidence.Arsal385 wrote:That's not a problem. If you send your application along with the documentary evidence of your long stay in your home country on the basis of medical ground then HO will accept this as a compassionate/ compelling circumstances.makbar53667 wrote:Hi Everyone,
Hope all are ok and doing fine. I need some information about ILR application on 10 year basis. I am completely legal in UK from last 10 years. I can apply for the ILR from December 2014 on-wards but I have a issue which is I went back to my home country for holidays for 2 months. Unfortunately I had an accident there and I could not able to come back to UK within in 6 month period. I stayed there for 9 months but I had visa when I was leaving from UK and came back on the same visa. Now this is my genuine problem I am confused now how can I apply for the ILR as these medical circumstance were not in my control. Can I still apply for the ILR now or not? Is there any flexibility or clause in law about special medical circumstances.
Please everyone help me in this your help will be highly appreciated.
Thanks.

Congratulations Axlek!Axlek wrote:Hi Everyone
I've been a silent reader on this forum since August and found it really helpful - thanks.
By God's grace I've received my approval letter today.
My details are:
Application sent: 21 August 2014
Acknow received: 29 August
Bio received: 20 September
Bio enrolled: 20 September
Approval date: 24 November
Documents received: 26 November
BRP: waiting
10 years = 6yrs student + 2yrs PSW + 2yrs Tier 2
I believe it was a straightforward case (no gap, no appeal, no CCJ).
Thanks once again and God richly bless all members who dedicate their time to help others on this forum and good luck to everyone still waiting.
Cheers.

I think the only way to stop it would be to limit access to moderators or just a few senior members. Hard to recommend but people don't seem to be able to understand simple instructions.

Thanks Axlek for your quick reply.Axlek wrote:No, I didn't write any covering letter with my application.
Hi Maddysheffield, maddysheffield wrote: @ its annoying when someone messes it up guys please be assured some moderators have the data saved and can manage ... But advise to all ACT LIKE ADULTS
@Rhyme2k we need to give access to everyone to have a look and also I have noticed many applicants updating time line ( as in my previous post I mentioned they usually update Tracker and not leave a single message on forum .... so it needs to be accessible for everyone
Congratulations bro. At least we have a better news since this week as per date of submission though!!Axlek wrote:Hi Everyone
