Please can anyone tell me .
Congratulations
The Tb test is only for your case submission, once your visa has been granted no need for tb test cetificate to be valid. My husband was in the same situation he got his visa on the 22/10/2014 his TV text expired in may 2014 but I called by immigration lawyer who advised me to get my hub and on the flight as no TBtest cetificate validation required to enter uk. My husband arrived in the uk on the 31/10/2014 , no questions were even asked about his TV test
Hope this helps inshallah
Thanks a lot

Hope this helps.
Thank Networkers,

I did call on this number and they did nothing even they charged £30 out of my credit card. I got quicker response by email instead of call. I received following email just now. How long will it now any idea?

Thank you for contacting the UK Visas and Immigration International Enquiry
service.

I understand you have been waiting for long and apologise for any
inconveniences. We have received a response from the decision making
centre, following your request for information on the status of your visa
application which states as follows: " Pre-assessment completed. Under
process for further enquiries / checks ". You are requested to be patient
and wait for the processing to be completed.

I have submitted my payslips and bank statements over 28 days. However I have only hope to Allah and pray they may ask for additional documents.

Ali

Is it a requirement to have a valid TB test cert because hers has expired? and she won't be travelling to UK till January due to her brothers wedding, will that be an issue?

Dear Salman,

Its kind of "Being assessed by the ECO", but can be waiting for further enquiries. There isn't any definite time how long they'll take, but hopefully it will in weeks not months.

All the best.

I had my wife re-do her TB, and also her Polio for travelling to the UK.

Better to have it done, then to not.

Hi,

If it is not in the list at following link, you'll have to go for another approved test else it will be a straight rejection.

Please can someone kindly inform me know how long it will take exactly for the decision to be made?

Hi Hur123,

There isn't any specific time line, currently it is taking anywhere from 3 to 6 months (or more) on average.

Could be days weeks or months. There is no way of telling, it all depends on when the ECO actually goes through it and whether they require further checks to be done.

After the escalation, this reply has increasingly become a standard reply from the the decision making hub. I observed that this reply is being dished out merely to give us a lollypop.

Can you clarify abdul

Thanks

this is from there financial guidance document,

go to point number

9.3.9. Income from employment as a director of a limited company in the UK of a type specified in paragraph 9(a) of Appendix FM-SE, and dividends from this type of company (where the person is a director of that company), will be counted as income under Category F or Category G.

and this point also

9.7.1. A limited company is owned by its shareholders. Where such a shareholder is also a director employed by the company, they may be paid a salary and receive dividends, which can generally be counted, as appropriate, as employment or non-employment income under Category A, Category B or Category C. However, if the company is of the type specified in paragraph 9(a) of Appendix FM-SE, the person‟s income will be considered under Category F or Category G. This is because in a company in sole or limited family ownership there is scope for doubt as to the effective control of the company, as the person is a director and shareholder or the other shareholders are family members of that person. In that case, instead of the employment evidence in Category A or Category B or the dividend evidence in Category C, we need evidence about the operation of the company.

any further help just let me know, i went through this process 4 months ago myself
