Right to take legal actions againt the UKBA

Hi everybody Im very annoyed of a situaztion im going througth right now with UKBA...basiclly they issued my EEA visa card with wrong name few months back and after sevaral months of calls and complaints i sent them back the documents and they did the same mistake again and again 3 times! Im so annoyed and really feel like they are taking the p***s.
Is it possible to take legal actions again the UKBA?
Has enybody ever done that before?

Unlikely you will get anywhere in the courts with that, a first order or permission, depending on where you live is very very unlikely, Keep at them, contact Linda Bateman, she may assist you if she is in the mood at the time your message reaches her.
