ILR - Tier 1 and Tier 2 mix

Hi All,

Can some one help me to understand if I am okay to apply for ILR in 2015 november 1st week?

I got my Tier 1 visa on 27/11/2010 and came to uk on 28/11/2010
Switched to Tier 2 and got my visa stamped from 27/11/2012 and valid upto 14/11/2015.

My question here is, since I will be completing 4 years 11 months by october end 2015, is it ok to apply for ILR in the first week of november, 2015.

Appreciate your response.
