6 months and Waiting

Hi

I am asking urgent advice from senior members on a situation of my family friends.

Him and his Mrs applied for TIer 2 after doing a Degree from London Uni and They have been waiting for More then 6 months on the out come of the Application.

The employer has already sent a request to process the application with no luck.

Any legal steps to chase ukba please? Its effecting their whole life.

Some things to ponder for your friend:

Think you should have been contacted by UKVI already as your application has gone past the 8 weeks service time line.

if you haven't then try calling them.
Have you got a reference number at all, have the fees been taken?
