ILR LR EXPEDITION

hi
I applied on 16th october 2014 for ILR LR. i need ur help regarding the expedition of my ilr application plz. my father is critically ill and i want to expedite my case so that I can see him asap. I have noticed that some members have successfully expedited their cases. could anyone plz guide me on how to proceed ; how to engage the MP, what documents will be required and whom to address the covering letter.

I will be really grateful if somebody help me out in this difficult time
