ILR qualifying dates

Hi All,
I am going to apply for ILR with my spouse on 07 Jan 2015.Below are the date can you please take a look if everything looks in order ?

Entry clearance granted (Tier 1 Visa) :- 15-April-2009
Entered UK :- 22 Jan 2010
Completing qualifying 5 years on :-22 Jan 2015 (so applying on 07 Jan 2015-as you can apply with 28 days of your
qualifying end date i.e. 22 Jan 2015)
Spouse entry to UK :- 17 June 2011 (she is qualified to apply for ILR with me according to old rule -2 year rule)
