Supporting Documents - Previous Earnings - Tier 1 (G) - LTD

Post by ashwini_k » Wed Dec 03, 2014 2:31 pm

A question about Supporting Documents for a director of a limited company applying for ILR through Set(o) application.

While applying previously, a solicitor adviced me to submit following docs
- payslips
- Dividend Vouchers
- Personal Bank Statements
- Business bank Statements
- Letter from accountant explaining payslips/div vouchers
- summary of Invoices and invoices
- company P&L statement.

The UKBA guidance only talks about 2 set of supporting documents for earnings. Does that mean that I can fulfil my requirement by providing just the following?
- payslips
- Dividend Vouchers
- Personal Bank Statements
- Letter from accountant explaining payslips/div vouchers

I don't want to provide more documents than necessary. Could anyone in similar position confirm?
