ILR consideration

Hi

My friend came to UK on March 27th 2010 on Tier 2 ICT. She then changed her visa to tier 1 from 19th Jan 2011 and has been on that since(with extensions). Is she eligible to apply for ILR next year. Will the Tier 2 ICT count towards the 5 years.

Yes Tier 2 ICT will be considered as per new rules. Check the guidance for more information.
