Premium Service for ILR

Greetings!

I have Tier 2 ICT visa valid from 26/02/2010 and I entered UK on 13/03/2010 (within 90 days).
Query is, when can I apply for premium service (note - not by post). I have made up my mind to go for premium service only.

Please let me know.

Considering you met all other requirements, then your ILR due date was on or after Thursday, 29 January 2015

Reason why I asked is, I have been told by one of my friends that I cannot apply ILR with premium service unless I complete 5 years of stay in the UK ie, you can apply it via post if you are applying 28 days before visa start date.

Could you confirm on this please. I should have added this in my query in the first place. sorry!

You can apply, either postal or in person, no sooner than 28 days before you meet the 5 year residence requirement from date of visa stamp, taking into account the 90 days entry concession.

I got my entry clearance in 21-12-2009, I came to UK on 13-02-2010 (with in 90 days). I have successfully got my ILR via premium service on 02-12-2014.
