What was make difference few months ago regarding the decision time, that there are two office dealing with ILR applications , Liverpool and Bristol. The ones who assigned to Bristol office normally get a quick response.
Can any body who got his approval mentioned the UKVI address on the approval letter.
Many thanks

Hi mates
At long last, am happy to announce that I've got my ilr today after 10 years of captivity.
The following is my timeline:
8yrs student + 2yrs psw
app sent - 23/08/14
aknw rec- 27/08/14
bio rec - 20/09/14
bio enrolled - 22/09/14
decision date - 02/12/14
doc rec - 04/12/14
biometric card - expecting later today
Though, I have been a silent follower, I have found this forum very useful and want to use this opportunity to thank Almighty for the journey so far and also the rest of able members for your advice and dedication. Let me assure all those still waiting that though the waiting is sometimes frustrating, it pays to wait. As am about to start enjoying my freedom, fieldrive and others should note with keen interest that you will join me in the land of freedom soon in the name God.
could some one post my details to the drive cos I don't want to mess it.

Someone has been having fun playing with google drive. My application has not yet been approved and surprised to see it approved here. I have now deleted the approved status.

that is really bad attitude if someone is messing again and again with the tracker as we are all waiting as per the average tracker dates and if some one feels its funny then its really discouraging.

10 years long residence applications

Post by Ramos » Thu Dec 04, 2014 6:08 pm

Hi Guys

I applied for Entrepreneur Visa last April 2013
till September 2014 i haven't received no reply except calling them n they said it is still in process. My ten years will be completed in January. I have varied my application on 10 September 2014 from entrepreneur application to IlR (Early Application) four months before . Got acknowledgement on 18 September. Money has been taken out as well.
I had differences with partner so thats why i varied my application. In Mid of December 28 days rule will start.

Finally got response from Home office:

Home office has sent me a letter asking for proof of addresses and confirmation that i haven't been out of the country since applying for tier 1 Entrepreneur Plus in their acknowledgement they have given me different Reference no and in recent letter from liverpool branch, they have used my previous Tier 1 reference number ? Bit Confused

1) How can i prove it that i didn't travel because they have my passports since last year with my pending Tier 1 application ?

2)My 28 days period is starting in two weeks time so what do u guys think from ur experiences regarding my case for applying four months early and varying application ?
3) Do you guys think I will be safe when i enter 28 days period ?

Kindly response to my queries.

Regards

Ramos

It looks like someone has deleted many entries from the tracker.
e.g I can't see "Field drive" in the tracker. ???
