spouse visa from pakistan

Hi, I am british citizen and getting married in pakistan in next month.I want to apply my wife visa from pakistan, I have two question

1) Do i ahve to copy each page of my british passport and get stamped from solicitor?
2) Do i have to change my wife name on my name on passport ?

2. You are not obliged to change. Ony if you/she want to.

On one - you need the photo page certified. If you are relying on the passport stamps to indicate the visits between you then those pages should be copied and certified too.
