Is the ceremony in waterford? No worries man, 2 hours Of stressful irish roads driving is absolutely nothing compared to 8 months waiting for that moment!

Update us if u get an idea about the ceremony

guys, just checked theccd (http://www.theccd.ie/whats-on?from=&to=) vacant/free dates (mondays) for Jan 2015.. and it seems they are highly likely to be booked for ceremony on those dates (12 jan and 19 jan) if in jan... otherwise, maybe first monday in feb

@All, I posted much earlier that the next ceremony would be a moderate citizenship ceremony just like the last one held at UCC in November, it'd be sometimes around mid January 2015. Also, most people expecting approvals should look forward to a major citizenship ceremony to be held at Dublin sometimes in March 2015. In summation, those holding your approvals in hands, should start expecting your invitation letters to the ceremony in January 2015 while at the same time new approvals will start issuing by the end of the week/coming week. This is not tentative nor is it authoritative pls! Good luck mates! :D

some 800 new citizens had a ceremony last month out of the account of November approvals" and we are hoping to get approvals and join these people "who wasn't called for Cork ceremony" in Jan, 2015. unless you have a positive solid news. Have you !

Rang Citizenship office today got the same message " still waiting for external agency, if everything comes back okay then you won't hear from us till after the minister's decision so it's better you don't hear from us" that was what the lady said. I guess the waiting continues, I will put that aside now and enjoy the festive period and hopefully wait for the best in the new year.

last approval and ceremony in nov included a lot of people from may, june and july.. so hopefully you are in next approval, although it seems to be too far from reaching the minister as they are still waiting for garda reports (if at all you believe them!)
