Fees payment and payment details on set o form for ILR

Hi all
I have booked an appointment at peo Sheffield and payed the fees via credit card online
And I have just seen the application form and on the first sheet again it says payment mode and credit card details...is it necessary/ compulsory to write down the credit card details again
Even though I payed the fees already and got the confirmation ....

you can just write "paid online" across card details if you wish
