Found Tier2 sponsor... What questions to ask?

Hi All,

I found a Tier2 gen sponsor. I wanted to make sure about its genuineness.
What would be good questions to ask ?

1. Number of employees currently sponsored?
2. Permissibility to work at client site i.e. away from the actual office location of sponsor
3. what work they do

What else do I ask to make myself more sure about them? any suggestions highly appreciated.

It really depends on the type of business and the role you are considering.
You can also look up information about the company on the various company checking web sites.

If it is an IT based role there is a good chance that there is a contracting element, which is an illegal use of the tier 2 system. So finding out exactly what your going to be doing is important.
If you can paid to join the company, via an agent or such you know it is a contracting role.
