Not generally, because BNO status does not, of itself, confer the right of abode in the UK. (The only people who may queue in the British line are British citizens, others with the right of abode (whether British Nationals or other Commonwealth citizens), and citizens of EU/EEA countries - plus (depending whom you believe) family members of EU/EEA citizens exercising their treaty rights as such.)
