2nd Extension or ILR

Hi

My initial T1G started on 1 April 2010 (for 3 years). I entered UK on 31st July 2010 ie after 121 days.
1st Extension date 22nd April 2013 (for 2 years).
Every year I was away from UK on an average 30-35 days.
Do I qualify for ILR or shall I apply for a 2nd extension? In case of 2nd extn, how long for the extension will be granted? I mean will they grant another 2 years extension or just the shortfall of 121 days.
Any help is highly appreciated.

You have to complete 4yrs 11 months 2days in UK. You won't be eligible yet you need to apply for second extension
