FLR(M) form-Nov 2014 -what difference from previous version

Hello friends,

I am a (naturalised) British Citizen. My wife is applying for extension of visa at the end of this month using FLR(M) using premium service within the UK. I noticed that a new version has come up - November 2014. I have compared it with the immediate previous form but could not find any difference.

Has anything changed from the previous version? Am I missing something? Any change in small print?

Have there been any change in rules again?

Please let me know.
