How long will we wait from HO after winning an appeal

We had an appeal hearing in July 03 for ILR and we won the case on 18th Jul. We have not heard from HO or the AIT. We called AIT and they said that HO have to write to us or AIT. Does someone have an idea? the waiting is unbearable.

That is an outrageous length of time to wait!

You should send a fax to the AIT asking for this to be chased, as well as faxing the HOPOU and writing to the Home Office.
