Can any one plz give me information for the follwing:

I got my indefinite leave on the basis of LR. Which documents i need to get FLRM for my wife. I got six joint bills and letters for me and my wife .I am director on a limited company and taking wages and dividents as well.So which documents i need to fulfill financial requirement. And one last thing is there any rule that after my Indefinit leave i have to get my wife's flrm in 28 days .She still got dependant visa on my previous visa catagory Tier 1 General. Can plz all help me with that.

JAZAKALLAH

Shahsahab
Hello shahsahab,
you basically need to meet financial and english requirements for you to be able to apply for your wifes FLR M. It is recommended that you apply for your wife to change from PBS dependent to the spouse of ILR within 28 days however i have not come across where it is documented in HO website.
The 6 joint bills are looking good and again if you are director of a company and drawing dividends+wages then you have to show your wage payslips with corresponding bank statements for minimum of six months. however if you want to add your dividends from your own company you will have to proof to HO that you are entitle to receive dividends from your company and show evidence that you have actually paid you companies taxes to HMRC.
1) my advise is if you can show your wage slips only with the corresponding 6 months bank statements that will be fine as long as your wage slips cover £18,600 for only your wife application but if you are applying together with any children this will be more as indicated on the application. the £18,600 financial requirements can be combined between yourself and your wife if your wife is working.
2) if you want to include your dividends from your company then you have to meet and provide HO with all evidence of your companys' accounts for the period your traded which again will require you to use a qualified and approved accountant to prepare this for you.
Other forum members can add to what i have said so far.
Hope this helps :)

" quoting mian-suraj"
in 10 years i had 10 visa.... little complex circumstances but according to HO standars always legal and continuous
but not written any cover letter to explain ,,, becoz believe they can understand it

three time had payment problem but within 1 week on recieving notice of invalidity submitted again and got visas
been refused in 2009 for psw but before final refusal from high court applied as student and gain it...
thats all
In Sha Allah hoping for good though wait is wasting me...
plz Spatacus put some light if u can...i be gratful
regards
Hi mian-suraj
It appears your case is a bit complex but hey we have seen worst cases in this forum so relax and pray that everything will be fine. Although your explanation above is not too clear. Can you take your time to list your visa history?

This is exactly what I wanna say to those who mess with tracker ;-) ...It seems waiting for the approval is a easy task for me but going through this irritating behavior of some idiots is making me sick ;-)

Anyways hope Juliet and Kaka jee did get their approvals ;-) congrats anyways .

Happy waiting guys ....just for info some guys who have submitted in Aug and didn't get approval yet will be worried just because some September apps have been approved ....and might get worried thinking there is something wrong with their application and that is the only reason we request everyone to behave well ..... but if that goes to deaf ears can't help ...people are so inhuman at times

Only Cash saving of above £16,000 which is divided by 2.5 will be counted towards to earning. Example if you have £20,000 cash saving in your account for the last 6 months then £20,000 - £16,000 = £4000/2.5= £1600 can be added in your earning to meet the earning threshold of £18,600. Please read FLR M form particularly financial requirement section carefully.

Hi everyone, just applied for my ILR long stay on Monday - 08/12/14.

I don't know if it is necessary for my wife to apply for dependant on me when I get my ILR.
She is currently on a Tier 1 dependant, which expires November 2016. But she will qualify for ILR long stay in March 2016.
Do I leave her on the Tier 1 or move her to dependant on ILR?

Thanks,

agogabs

I don't know if it is necessary for my wife to apply for dependant on me when I get my ILR.
She is currently on a Tier 1 dependant, which expires November 2016. But she will qualify for ILR long stay in March 2016.
Do I leave her on the Tier 1 or move her to dependant on ILR?

Thanks,

agogabs
It is not necessary for your wife to be your dependant, she can wait till March and then she can apply for ILR herself.

Thanks ajek01, it is a relief.
Also just confirmed that the HO got my application 09/12/14. Hopefully I get my docs end of March. :D
