Work contract is temporary

Hello,

my company hasnt given me a contract yet because they are waiting for a response of a government grant. I am currently employed on a temporary contract with the plan to go permanent once the grant has been approved. I cant find any information on which contract the HO deem acceptable by using Cat B.

Also, i own a property and the deeds are in spanish. They were certified by a notary in Bristol, do they have to be completely translated again and notified again to show the authenticity of my ownership?

Does it mean they can't give you letter stating you're an employee? Or they can't state how much you're earning?
