Information required on Family Visitor Visa

Hi Gurus/Senior Members,

I am on tier1 general visa, i have planned to apply visa for my parents on family visitor visa,
can i apply with family visitor are they eligible to apply with family visitor? is it mandatory that i need to be a
one of the following below

https://www.gov.uk/family-visit-visa/eligibility
Your family member must also be one of the following:
a British citizen
settled in the UK
granted asylum in the UK
under humanitarian protection in the UK

or do i need to apply general visitor visa, can you please throw me some light on this, for your information my parents already visited uk as family visitor.
