Thank you for the info. When did you submit yours? Is there anyone in this forum who submitted in August and have received their biometric card?

Nisha, My passport came today! Biometric permit to follow within 10 days.
I sent app in on Aug. 8, 2014, got the confirmation letter dated Aug.14. Got the Biometric form about 3 weeks later in early Sept.
Got the passport back today Nov. 26th.

So good luck to you...hope you can make the wedding:)

What is the date on your outcome letter? Just trying to figure out when they processed 8th Aug application.

Hi Nisha,
My outcome letter was dated Nov 22 and I received it Nov 26. The biometric permit arrived on Nov 27. So from the day I mailed it in, Aug 8, to the day I received everything, Nov 27, it took 15 weeks and 6 days. I had a super straight-forward application which helped, I'm sure.

Can any1 update me on set (M) visa processing times please? I have submitted my application on 9th december tuesday, and amount taken out from my account on 12th december , whats next can any1 help me here please. ?

Application for ILR submitted March 2014.. Set M Spouse Visa
Interview in August 2014 at Liverpool..

As of December 2014 (9months wait) still no news on ILR! :?: :? :roll:

Hello,

I received my Set (M) indefinite leave to remain visa today.

Application Lodged: 7th November 2014
Acknowledgement letter: 12th November 2014
Biometrics completed 14th November 2014
Passports returned with approval letter 17th February 2015 although the letter was dated the 13th February
Apparently biometric residency card coming in 7 working days from the 13th February

All in all 15 weeks and 5 days - what a nonsense to have to wait so long, but pleased that it's all sorted!

Hi,

As this page gave me what I could call a "LIVE update" of the processing time of ILR applications, am obliged to share my experience so others may benefit.

Application Lodged: 10th Dec 2014
Acknowledgement letter: Can't remember
Biometrics completed 22th Dec 2014
Passports returned with approval letter: 9th of March 2015 (89 days of wait..)
Biometric residency card arrived: 11th of March 2015
