I need to write a witness statement in regards to discretionary leave appeal and some statement from friends and family. I would appreciate if anyone has a template and can help me please pm me. Thanks in advance

Hi All,

I need to write a witness statement in regards to settlement visa and some statement from friends and family. I would appreciate if anyone has a template and can help me, I also have a question while I was in uk illegally, the phone I was using was not in my name it was in my cousin's name can this be used in court as that is the only evidence of relationship we have left to present, Thanks in advance
