ILR Set (O) Form Queries- Version 10/2014

Situation:
Student Visa for Master's Degree in UK - Granted on 22/08/2006 Expiry - 31/01/2008
Entered UK - 02/09/2006
Fresh Talent work Visa (also called PSW) - 10 Jan 2008 - 10 Jan 2010

Switched inside the UK -
Tier 1 - 13 Jan 2010 : Expiry - 13 Jan 2013
First Extension : 26/10/2012 : Expiry 13 Jan 2015

So I am applying for ILR (Set O) based on 5 year qualifying period based on 5 year Tier 1

Please tell me what to fill for :

6.1 When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first
entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based.

Thanks Latecarrot and paladin for your replies.

So does that mean for question 6.2 below, I would need to state dates OUTSIDE THE UK - since 13 Jan 2010 (i.e. qualifying 5 year period only & not since the beginning of my stay since 2006) ?

6.2 Since then have you had any absences from the UK? If yes, give the dates you left and
returned to the UK and the reason for the absence in the spaces below. List all absences
however short and in date order.

For question 6.3 below- Would one need to submit a letter with 'ALL absences from work 'or a letter with 'ONLY ABSENCES FROM THE UK' - please clarify - since this statement confuses me :

6.3 What evidence has been provided to support the reasons for all absences from the UK?

paid annual leave from the UK?
