ILR for Dependant Child

Post by ashehzi » Mon Dec 15, 2014 1:39 pm

Hi all,

Assuming both father (main applicant) and mother (dependant) have got ILR visa via Premium Service Centre (PSC) after 05 years as Tier 1 (General), and the child
1. has been on Tier 1 (G) dependant visa and
2. has still validity of one year, and
3. has been in UK since Jun 2011,

Which form shall we use for ILR of the child? Is it same SET (O) form because https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... -form-seto says "Use this form if you want to apply for settlement. It is for settlement in several different categories:
PBS dependant"

Am I correct in my understanding?

Regards

SET F could be used.

The least daunting and more appropriate.

Seems like SET(F) or SET(O) are the only option even though when you use www.gov.uk website and give answers to questions, it takes you to SET(O) form.

Actually I want myself and wife to go to Premium Service Centre but for our two kids, I think perhaps by post is the better option as it would save £800 and there is no urgency because their Tier 1 (G) dependant visas are valid till 2017.
