Heres the website, they need your husbands/wifes Date of birth and Gwf number ur email where u submitted biometrics from they reply within a day, I just sent another one off lol, at times they have replied back to me at midnight or 5 in the morning but they do reply back on the options I normally choose I have a query about the status of the application
Im not really fussed if they do get annoyed tht I keep emailing them to find out status cause last time i applied I nver got a status update no emails nothing I had to email them

Hope this helps give it a go if u like do keep us updated and let me know if u hear anything :)

Yes we got an email on the 27th, ive applied before and both times its been refused and took 24weeks (6months)

I've applied for a fiance visa on the 26th November 2014 I'm a bit worried because ive applied for a spouse visa before and its been refused due to this being my 2nd islamic marriage but my 2nd marriage took place without getting a u.k divorce. I now have a u.k divorce but cant change my 2nd nikka namah date to make my marriage valid. I would like to call my husband ( according to my islamic marriage we are husband/wife) as a fiance then in the u.k do a u.k marriage because according to the u.k law my islamic marriage is invalid.

Cut the story short will my fiance visa be accepted even though I've applied for a spouse in the past

I have no idea but I have heard that they look at each case on its own merits, I know someone who had a ban and it was stamped on there passport but they applied again and there visas case was granted

I applied for a spouse visa it got refused in June cause of income but iv changed jobs since then inshallah I hope allah listens to all our prayers and grants our visas inshallah ameen x

Yeah it looks like end July/August now but i mostly see that for Lahore only , and yah 1 case from Karachi...do we have majority of people from Mirpur/ISB/Lahore here and not from Khi? :(

I just hope Aug/Sept applicants hear back before the end of this month....cz January/Feb would be too hard i know for sure...cz for me in Feb , 6 months (24 weeks will be over)

Yesterday i went through majority of old posts from this topic and i realized that BHC has been slow right from the start? majority of decisions were made after 4-6 months !!!

I know you didn't ask for this but i thought this may clear some doubts on people's mind.

Where the person is listed as a director of the company and receives a salary from the company, all of the following documents must also be provided:
(i) Payslips and P60 (if issued) covering the same period as the Company Tax Return CT600. (ii) Personal bank statements covering the same 12-month period as the Company Tax Return CT600 showing that the salary as a director was paid into an account in the name of the person or in the name of the person and their partner jointly.
(d) Where the person receives dividends from the company, all of the following documents must also be provided:
(i) Dividend vouchers for all dividends declared in favour of the person during or in respect of the period covered by the Company Tax Return CT600 showing the company's and the person's details with the person's net dividend amount and tax credit. (ii) Personal bank statement(s) showing that those dividends were paid into an account in the name of the person or in the name of the person and their partner jointly.

Hi tallojani

According to you am i self employed or not?

And if i am not i am still applying under cat F right

And if am not then i tick no to the below:

question 3.49 was you sponsor self employed at date of application? I tick No because I have a limited company and i am the director, i have one other employee. i take a salary and dividends. Am i right in saying i am not self employed?
Also if you could see below if am right?

Also

question 3.58 ii on the form says does ur income exceed or meet the financial requirement? i tick Yes because it has, it then says fill in part 3D.

But part 3D is for non-employment income. What do i fill here or do i even fill this at all?

Thanks[/quote]

My last post was directly subtracted from Appendix FM SE, it clearly mentions P60, payslips and bank statement for a person who receives a salary from their company as an employee, then there is mention of the requirement list for dividends.

As far as my knowledge a self employed person does not have payslips/P60, so you are an employee in that sense, however your salary alone does not on its own fulfil the financial threshold requirement, so I guess you will have to mention the directorship. In my opinion being a director means being self employed, you need to properly check this out I suspect you fall under two categories.

Hope I been helpful
May Allah swt make it easy for us all
