Please help - eligibility and Set(0) - Query

Post by shail_144329 » Wed Dec 17, 2014 12:15 am

Thanks for reading my post.
My initial entry clearance(tier 2) was granted on 20/01/2010 and my date of entry in UK was 05/04/2010(within 90 days).
Am I eligible to apply for ILR on 28 days before 20/01/2010? My current leave is valid till 03/2017.

Also, in Set 0 form,
When did you (the main applicant) first entered the UK? - I think I should put 05/04/2010 rather than 20/01/2010. Could you please confirm?

How long have you lived in the UK? - 4 years 9 months. Would that be fine? It seems odd to write as it is less than 5 yrs.

Many thanks.
