Please help ...question in passport application

Hi all,

I am applying British passport for my 2 year old daughter. She was born here and having Indian passport. We have received her certificate of registration yesterday. I have some queries in her application form. Please clarify?

In "Passport details" section
Has the applicant been included on ANY passport before?
Yes No

How many uncancelled passports sending?

What should I answer for the above questions? Are these questions meant to be only for British passports? Thanks in advance.

You just wrote she had Indian passport. So you need to send it.

As per your statement, she has an Indian passport, so the answer to the first question is "Yes". And you will need to send the Indian passport with the application. All uncanceled passports of all countries need to be sent, not just British or EU passports.
