But I thought that payslips should match bank statements?!? Like dates should be the same?!! Because I'm getting told it won't matter! Which I don't believe!

And as for the contract let's see what details he'll put down lol

And stop advertising lol
Generally an employment contract is issued to an employee when they take on the job, I have been working for the same employer for 8 years, I did not submit my employment contract as you can image it was issued 8 years ago. My employer wrote a letter detailing my gross salary, type of employment, start date, last 6 months pay amount and my address.

I have not seen any company who pays on the same day as the day payslip was issued, generally there is 3 days discrepancy (for payment to leave and reach account) once someone told me "it is a legal requirement for payslip to be issued before payment" how true is that I have not researched it.

I sent an email to ukvi to check the status of my application this morning. Right after I opened my inbox and found the two emails that said my application has been processed and concluded.

Just got an email reply from ukvi for my status update, which states that my application is currently under process! What a joke!

I guess this just means that the ukvi people don't have the external FAQs party fully updated on the correct application statuses, which is why they've told me my application is currently under process, when in fact its been concluded. So don't rely on their replies much you guys.

Fingers crossed for next week!

I've appealed against my wifes refusal... top level 3 immigration barristers in Birmingham advised me that it's not just an arguable case, it's a win definitely. They think it will be over within the review (just one letter needed).

Probably because now, I can't even work the days and shifts I used to... having to look after a 2 year old daughter who doesn't recognize me.

But I've paid a hefty amount to get them... because my notice was given right near the start of the holiday period. They give you 28 days to appeal but I only have a few working days left and cannot get such documents they request in this period.

Good luck and congratz to other guys here waiting/getting answers.

I like to share my experience,
Applied 18th sept 2013
Refused august 2014
Appealed sept 2014
Wife got letter on the 18th stating the home office has withdrawn the appeal and have overturn the decision.

I made a few calls and ive have been told i will need to withdraw the appeal so the visa can be issued.

How do we submit passport, or do we wait for another letter.

Can some help me plz.
