ILR 10 years....

I am on tier-1 (General) visa...I have applied under 10 year rule for ILR...

I have supplied my payslips for last 3 months as a supporting docs...

The salary mentioned in my payslips do not come equal to 35000/year as i worked less....Can HO calculate the average based on my 3 months payslips i have provided.

Is there any chance that HO can say that i am currently not meeting the conditions on Tier-1 visa which i am on now....And can ILR get refused on this basis....My tier-1 general is valid till 2016.

If you are not in breach of 245CB, then you should be okay in this aspect.
